About This Event
if you have been introduced to collaborative practice, the next step is to develop the skills that will allow you to work effectively with what matters to your clients, so you can help them move through their separation process to reach meaningful and workable agreements.
In this 5 part training series, you will learn interest-exploring and negotiation strategies, and a way to organize “what matters” into a productive focus that will help parties generate options that meet their needs and address their concerns. You will learn how to manage conflict "in the moment" and to facilitate a deeper dialogue in collaborative cases.
