Multiple skill sets are needed to truly help couples untangle one of life’s most important and intimate relationships. Multiple mindsets and world views abound as we build new teams with each family. We need to be nimble “ninjas” to be most effective in this work. In this PFI, Barbara Kelly (psychologist) and Jacinta Gallant (lawyer) will lead participants through a discovery of the distinctive skills, abilities, biases, and styles – personally and professionally – each of us brings to our work. Be prepared to tackle some of the obstacles that get in the way of really being collaborative and uncover the riches that come from understanding ourselves better. We will share insights and approaches to support your growth. This inspirational virtual PFI will help Collaborative Professionals and Mediators in their quest to be more self-aware, effective, and nimble in their practice.
