January 16, 2019 and June 19, 2019
ONLINE via ZOOM
For those collaborative professionals who have been introduced to the Insight Approach to Conflict, this online Learnng Group will help to guide you as you delve more deeply into the Insight Approach to Conflict. This invitation-only learnng group will involve reading and reflection, along with participation in 6 monthly 2-hour Zoom meetings. The goal is to deepen your skills using the Insight Approach so that you can deepen - without drowning - by accessing hopes and managing threats.
Jacinta Gallant will lead this Learning Group. As a student and now a partner of Dr. Cheryl Picard, the founder of Insight Mediation, Jacinta has spent the past three years challenging her own thinking about conflict and applying Insight skills and approaches to her collaborative practice. Jacinta has so far introduced this approach in workshops at IACP Forums in Philadelphia (2017) and Seattle (2018), in her annual Summer Sessions for Collaborative Professionals (2018 and upcoming in 2019), and most recently to an experienced and engaged collaborative group in Hong Kong.
Monthly Meetings for 2 hours via Zoom - dates and times to be worked out based on participants' locations and time zones.
Suggested dates are Wednesdays mid-month. This may change.
STARTING January 16 (ish).
Partiicpants will be expected to read and do reflection exercises between Zoom sessions.
