If you are a collaborative trainer, join us for a workshop that will enhance your ability to deliver engaging and impactful training programs to collaborative professionals. Our interdisciplinary training team will share their best training approaches to understanding participants’ adult learner needs, balancing theory and practice, teaching the paradigm shift, managing the personal styles within a team dynamic, working with curious questions and feedback, balancing the voices of the lawyer, financial specialist and mental health professional and modeling collaborative practice in action.

Jacinta is a collaborative lawyer, mediator and trainer living in Prince Edward island, Canada. “Never cut what can be untied” is the inspiration for Jacinta’s work, and “untangling knots” has been the focus of Jacinta’s highly successful collaborative and mediation practice. Jacinta is an engaging and energetic trainer in the local, national and international Collaborative Practice community. She loves the challenge of working with experienced professionals who want to deepen their skills to be more natural and authentic in practice. With a great sense of humour and a highly interactive presentation, Jacinta offers collaborative training that will help you transform your practice.

Gaylene A. Stingl, MST, CPA, CVA, is an international speaker, collaborative financial specialist, and trainer. She is insightful and highly effective in delivering interdisciplinary collaborative practice training. From Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Gaylene is a member of the Training Faculty of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP). She sits on the IACP Trainer Development Network Committee and Basic Training Curriculum Task Force. Gaylene has been a member of a number of collaborative training teams throughout the United States and Canada, Europe and Japan. rn

She is an experienced collaborative trainer and a valued member of the Training Faculty of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP). Barbara is a dynamic, experienced presenter, who is well known for her effective work with clients and Collaborative professionals, nationally and internationally.
